Nikolas Schnoor, the president of ShipWiz Inc whose signature is on the contract of agreement.
HR Specialist contact, May Chen. who originally contacted me in regards to a work at home Mail Clerk position I inquired about.
Remote Supervisor contact, Maria Koffman whose phone number I was given as my immediate contact person and with whom I repeatedly communicated with in the message window of the personal, password protected account that was set up for me at shipincloud.com.
Before signing up with this company I did research any presence they may have had at sunbiz.com (Florida), BBB and a general Internet search of the company name and it's owner N. Schnoor. I found no complaints or negative info on them. Their website shipwiz.us appear to be legit and purposeful.
I signed the contract, employment application, W-4 and USCIS I-( form. There was a detailed job description along with a picture describing step by step procedures in drop shipping instructions.
I happen to be out of town when Saturday,Oct, 5th, 2013 first pay date came around but have since found no pay check as agreed. There has been no return communication to me since the 4th of October, including phone calls from Maria Koffman or SHipwiz, Inc.
Whatever the reason, it is shameless and obviously, an unethical practice. There is no no such thing as FREE labor.
My personal damages, at this point are : $2000 for the month of September
$150 in shipping expense and mileage
$2000 Severance pay based on contract

- The same thing has happened to me! I did alot of research first as well. My thought was if they had been around since 2006 and had no complains than it was legit. I have been waiting for my first paycheck since 9/30/13 as well. I too re read the contract agreement and although it said it is at will employment, they still owe for what was worked and the severance. Do you have any idea how you are going to resolve the problem. I have tired everything.

- The same thing happend to me as well and I also did an intensive research on them. I did not sign any of the documents but I did sign the contract. They did have a detailed guide as to how things work. I have tried all that you guys did and still have not seen anything. Have any of you started to get bills and statements at your address?

- I have received a ATT phone bill addressed to one of the names I have seen before on an invoice a week ago and I am contacting ATT to inform them that this person does not live at this address.

- You can only start to resolve it by filing a formal complaint here on scambook, BBB, Attorney Generals Office and filing a police report to cover yourself.

- I am also filing a complaint with shipbiz in Florida, where most businesses are listed. I do not see Shipwiz, as one of them but, they need to be put out of business and locked up for fraud in all counts violated.

- I have fallen for the same scam has anything happened legally to you guys? And did you have packages left? I don't know what to do. What did you tell the police? Please help me.
