I signed up for a year protection on two computers after first having contacted "Facebook". 11/2 into the conversation they said I had a trojan in my computer causing havoc with my facebook friends. Since then I found out this company is a scam artist and tried to get a refund. They say in their advertising full refund in 5 days. When I try and email the billing address, "no such address" when I try and call they say I will get a call back in an hour. I have heard that 4 times now for the last 4 hours!!!
