My account has been charged 34.99 now for the past 6 months, i caught it last month when there was less money in there then normal so i was keeping watch. i had this problem earlier and called them to remove this immediately because i had not signed up for this nor did my husband nor could they provide and proof that there was a sign up to begin with. they ever so graciously agreed to remove it and i didnt check again until now. i went through my account and not only did they not remove they continued to charge my account the last 6 months. please help me or guide me on how to get this money back.
