I ordered extensions on 10/1/13. Read the bad reviews about them ripping people off and if they did get the product it was not real human hair. Decided to cancel on 10/3/13. By 10/5 I had no received a shipping confirmation or a tracking no. as promised. I cancelled because they told me they had not shipped it yet and would not be shipping it for 7 days!! because of some National holiday in China. I can never get them to answer the phone. I did make contact with them a total of 4 times via chat. Each time they promised me the order was cancelled and that I would get my money back. I have yet to receive a refund and the site says my order is still processing even now. I'm going to try working with my bank to see if they can reverse the charges; however I am not optimistic as this time. I feel I may have to eat the 109.98 and chalk it up as a learning experience although for me its a very expensive one. I do intend to get the word out that they are scammers. Lots of scams working right now and they are all coming out of that piece of shit country called CHINA!!
