I subscribed to their service approx. June 15, 2013. for 3 months. 8 days later, once we had the process of phone numbers worked out, we were told that the specific prison did not honor this service. I called to cancel, explaining we could not use their service, and asked that my money be refunded since no transaction had ever taken place. I was assured that this service would be halted and my money returned to my account. As I waited for my refund, my account was again charged the monthly fee. I called to complain, speaking with someone named Manny and assured a 2nd time, this would be handled by his billing office. Again waiting for refund, I was notified my account was overdrawn and had to pay a $30.00 dollar overdraft fee. Calling again and being hung up on. This is now October and I must close my banking account, as to no longer being charged. If you can help, please do so. I thank you for your time. I will be filing a report with the PA Attorney Generals Office.
