I received a phone call from this number indicating they were calling from CashNet.USA stating I was approved for a loan for up to $7,000. I order to receive the funds I had to put $400 on a Green Dot card and call them with the verification code. They assured me that the $400 would be given right back to me. I was called and told thy tried transferring the money to my bank account but my bank was declining the transfer. I questioned this Sam Miller but he did a great job giving me an IRS excuse. He said he would still give me the loan but would have to Western Union the money to me instead and I would have to pay the wire fee of $319. He assured me once I bought another Green Dot card and paid the fee he would wire the money.I gave him confirmation, he gave me a control number for Western Union and there were no funds wired. The control number wasn't even a legitimate number.

Update: 10/12/2013

I just tried accessing the Green Dot cards to see if by chance I had gotten lucky....no luck....money is definitely done.
