Bought a Hard drive on their website for $49.99 + shipping and they went ahead sent an order confirmation email stating that the order is placed but when i did not get the product i called them they stated that the product has been shipped. I asked for a tracking number they disconnected the call, i called back again and again they keep transferring me. Now i check my card statement it states that they charged 189.99 from my card, i filled a dispute with the card company.Ryan Ramos one of their employees called me and was very rude and said they will ruin my credit score if i continue to call.
