On March 5, 2013, I was experiencing what seemed to be viruses in my laptop, so called Yahoo. They recommended this company: MaxPCSupport.com. I called and bought a one-year certificate for technical support - unlimited. I now find the phone number no longer works, nor does the website or email. I have noticed more and more problems after I would turn my laptop over to them remotely. I have 1/2 year left on my contract and need help. I am fairly certain I have been scammed and have lost $240. and added more viruses to my laptop. Please chase these people down - they are thiefs.
