I needed PC support and PC MAX said that they were Microsoft approved and I joined a 2 year PC support. I had received good support for my pc and I have called them and they would fix my PC. I kept an eye on their activity while they worked on my computer and everything was OK for me. I just tried to contact them on October 13th to have my PC checked and cleaned and I couldn't get through. The phone message stated "Toll free forwarded" and that was it. I did try to contact them by Email with no success. Now I'm out 300 bucks. They did try to sell me email support and I said Not interested. I've been happy with them thus far and I need answers and now I want a refund. I have called my credit card holder to investigate.
