In June 2013, Purchased 2 VIP Gold tickets for the UEFA SuperCup 2013 in August, completed all the required forms and submitted payment, everything seem ok, the company up to that time was very responsive, 2 days before the game followed up on the yet to be delivered tickets to be informed they are on the way. On the day of the game, 1 hour before kickoff recieved an email from EasySports stating 'we cannot supply you the tickets that you ordered, there for according to the Terms & Conditions we will have to cancel the order and give you a full refund. The refund will be made up to 30 business days'. Extremely disappointed as we travel (flight, hotel etc) just for this event. Have sent several emails, used their contact us on their website and recieved absolutely NO Response from them, I attempted to call - several numbers do not work - finally trying the Spainish number reached a Customer service rep who informed me that his manager would be in touch - Still absolutely no response or action has been done by them to resolve the issue.
Update: 10/16/2013
After several phone calls to follow up on the refund status, finally recieved an email stating they are processing the refund to the credit card I used for the purchase, although until now no refund is shown on the Online credit card statement.
