I ordered a tablet computer from this company on the 29th August 2013. When it had not been deliverd after a month I chased it up to be told shipping takes 25 to 35 days and they have no control over it. Their tracking does not work, it ends at (rather strangely they say Peking-not Bejing). It is now day 45, and it is the last day to dispute the transacttion with Paypal, which I have now done.
If I had read the the blogs about this company before ordering, I would not have ordered from them. Whether I get my money back is another matter. I would suggest to other potential customers, tread carefully with this company. I have found most of what they sell can be bought from UK suppliers at similar prices.
I have ordered many other things directly from China, delivery normally takes 14 to 21 days, the longest has been 25 days!
