I was offered a free trial for which I paid the postage for. 14 days later they took 2 payments of a. 95.00 and b. 90.00 which were unauthorised. After speaking with the company on the phone they said I should read the small print, was very unhelpful and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude towards me. I am very disgusted with the way this has been handled and how they treat their customers. I wouldn't mind but the cream's doesn't actually work. I am speaking with trade standards about this.
