I ordered and paid for rim inserts from the company through ebay in June. After two weeks of no inserts, I called and the guy stated I would get my inserts soon, it was on back order. 3 weeks later no inserts. I called again. It was on back order but the Rim Inserts.com would not only send me inserts I ordered but addition inserts. Fast forward, I requested my money back in September, No Refund has been returned to my account. As of today October 15, 2013, I sent an email to riminserts.com requesting a refund. No response.
