I ordered the trial version and was shipped 4 full bottles of the Garcinia Cambogia at $148.95 and 2 bottles of the Colon Cleanse for $120.00 for a total of $268.95. I called the number listed and asked for an a return of both products and was given a RMA, return merchandise authorization, and put the package in with a signature confirmation receipt from the USPS the next day. I was charged the 168.95 on the 8th of October and the products, both of them, where received on October the 8th. Called the company back and asked what was up and was told that the charge went through at 9 and the product was not signed for until 4:20 and that it would take 7 to 30 days for the refund then on the 15th of October they are trying to withdraw $120.00 for the colon cleanse which is already in their possession! tried talking to the company and very nicely told nothing they can do, asked for supervisor and he is to busy to speak but would return my call within 24 hours, three days later I called back. Spoke to "Divina" and was told after I went through the whole speech again was told the supervisor would call back within 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours later I called back and was given the same crappy story. Please let people know that this is a crap operation that just wants your money and has no problems keeping it even when the merchandise is returned to withhold your money and leave you wondering when and if you will get your money back!
