A total of $191.12 USD was deducted from my credit card ending xxxx6107 on 6th August 2013. The product,6 bottles of 60 capsules of Nuvoryn Dietary Supplement arrived more than a month after payment,on 10th September 2013. I started taking the product on 14th September 2013. I took one capsule in the morning and another in the evening, 20 minutes before meals. After one month of taking these capsules, my weight remained unchanged at 70.5 kg(I took my weight before and after one month of taking the capsules).
Today, I happened to do a search on this product and discovered that there are actually a lot of complaints from people who have taken them. Now that I am aware of what is happening, I am hesitant about taking the product as it may be a scam. I want to file this complaint and get a refund of the amount I have paid out to Nathans Naturals.

I've not received any response from you. I am not convinced that your website is not taking action. You are not to make any further deductions from my credit card as your organization is no better than the scam groups.
Update: 09/17/2014
I requested your website to stop deduction from my credit card. But deductions of $9.00 USD were made from my new Amex card ending with xxxx2003. Please do a refund of $9 x 3 months & stop the monthly deduction immediately.
