i applyed for a loan and told them i did not want any money coming out of my account as i did not have the money they took it out anyway also they now say they do not need a security code to take it from your account and are takinking 5 pounds from my refund for admin costs this realy is a joke and noone should ever go to them they realy do have terrible manners
