In July I purchased two items as a trial which cost me just postage fees. I received one item but had to phone them 2 weeks later because I had not received the other item and at that same time I also told them I do not want anymore products from them.
7th October they took £154.93 from my account without my permission and they refuse to give it back to me. I have since received two items that I have not requested, They will not accept a return and said if do send them back to them they will return them back to me. I told them again I want to cancel my account and want an email from them confirming this, am still waiting for this email and really anxious incase they take further payments from my bank account. Needless to say I am furious!!!
