After filling a survey for BBC, that now I know was a scam pop-up, I received a (assumed) free trial of a face cream I only needed to pay for shipping 5.99 CAD. But after about 3 weeks from the purchase they charged me 103 CAD. After I called their customer service in the US she told me that there is nothing I can do but she would refund half of the payment. Now I have paid 50$ for a cream that I am pretty sure is good for nothing. I hate that some assholes make a lot of money this way. I don't care about my 50$ I just want no more people pay these sort of people.
