Ordered trial for $2.95, took FOREVER to arrive. They start the "trial date" from the date of the order; not from the date you receive the product. This gives you no time to even try the product before you have to call and cancel the trial and send the product back. I called/emailed the company trying to cancel. They are exremely difficult to work with, bareley speak English. Took me several calls to finally get an RMA number to send the product back. They assured me that I would not be charged but they ended up charging my account anyway...so frustrating!! I called and called and emailed but they still have yet to credit back my account. Everytime I email them they tell me to call them; and when I call them they "can't find my account" but yet they were able to find my account to charge me. Very unhelpful customer service (if that's what you want to call it). BEWARE!! Do not order from this company, they are a huge FRAUD!
