Customer support number and live chat are non-operational. Complaints are not responded to within the quoted time, which is 24 hours. My inquiry was not handled until approximately one week after submission. Further, the message received was similar to that which others experienced when they encountered similar issues with this company, specifically the vendor's excuse that the order is not preparing well; customers also had been told items would be shipped separately as they were made available. The order's status was still set to "processing" two days after the quoted date from customer service. I finally submitted two tickets saying that I wanted my money back. Their response was within the 24 hour time period and stated that the order was being processed. Today (10/17) I was finally able to get someone on the phone and they informed me that my status would be set to "shipped" by the end of today. It is still set to "processing."
