Purchased a statistics software through Kivuto simply because it was recommended by my university. Software would not license once it was downloaded. Had to e mail for a tech solution with a two day turnaround time just for them to e mail with a number to call and schedule tech support. Tech support was not particularly friendly but re downloaded the software and it finally took the license. Software still does not work and many areas are greyed out and view only. The total elapsed time was now around ten days including weekends. I could not wait for further tech support or e mails from this company and risk getting further behind in class (wasn't good customer service anyway) and had to re purchase the software from a more reputable company.After asking for a refund, I was told there was a strict policy of no refunds. Concerning a two day turn around with their e mail just to get to tech support scheduling, ridiculous. They charged my card immediately when purchasing, they can just as easily support what they sell.
