I had a trial bottle of Nutriberry slim off the company had a bad reaction to it,emailed them several times called several times,eventually after 20 minutes on the phone was told they couldn't find my details,eventually they did told me to return them that cost me £5.50 recorded delivery.It took them 6 weeks to confirm that they had received them and cancelled my re-accuring bill however on the same day of the email to confirm the above they took £93.00 out of my account,I have contacted them they cant find my details again,so I emailed there customer services which keeps sending the email back as failed.I have had enough of this company.
The email that was sent to confirm cancellation was on October 17th 2013.
