I ordered the $2.95 free trial offer. They sent 4 bottles and charged me without my consent. I returned the product and called multiple times and spoke to a handful amount of people about my refund. All telling me that they have received the product and my return had been processed. Now it was a matter of waiting. I've been waiting for over a month so I decided to call again today. Now they're telling me that there is no proof of my return and I quote "bottom line you're not getting a refund" and then she hung up on me. I'm am beyond frustrated and ready to take action against this!
