I was first accepted to participate in Their programs to allow me to place an order.
The order is supposed to be dispatched with in 2 to 3 working days then you get told it will take
7 to 10 days depending on where you stay. Then on the 23 Aug you are told the order has been sent to customs.Then you find out the package has not been sent to the correct address and they have not paid all the shipping charges after I paid them upfront.You try calling them on their toll free telephone line only to find it is an answering machine.So you continue with hundreds of emails trying to resolve the whole mess up.On the 27 Aug they say they will resend the package to the correct address.Then they come back and say I must wait for the next production before the new package can go out. Then they come with a story that they can no longer ship to UK and Europe. On the 30 Sept they say they will refund I must allow 10 to 14 days. The next excuse this is now the 15 Oct for no refund they had a long weekend so nothing gets done. On the 18 Oct I get this We have a new protocol in place for the credits, I will pass it along to you when it is finalized....So its just a big scam and game they play with delay after delay ...no product and no refund. I would be grateful for your help in resolving this matter.
