I Ordered 2 mobility scooters to be delivered to the Royal Pacific Resort Universal Studios Orlando. Order was made in March 2013 for holiday date stating October 5 2013. It was agreed scooters were to be delivered at 6pm to the aforementioned resort but they were never received and nothing was heard from the company. I tried to call moveitmobility on their given number 407 401 9369 but got a voice message stating route not found,a member of staff at the hotel rang from the check in desk on both their landline and his personalcell phone. However he got the same message as I did on the 2 phones, he then told me he nor his colleagues had never heard this message before and did not understand what it meant. I then had to phone another company to order more scooters. That company delivered them within 15 minutes of Ordering
