My mother went to the Garcina Cambogia website and ordered the "free" sample seen on the Dr. Oz post on Facebook. On September 24, 2013, $148.95 was taken out of her account. She was only supposed to pay for shipping and handling. They sent us 4 bottles. After reading the bottle, mom realized she can't take it because she has diabetes. She called the company and they told her to send them back and she would be refunded. Today is October 21,2013 and we have yet to see the money.

Since then, we have called about 8 times trying to get her money back. We have talked to 8 different people who do not even speak decent English. The first time we called, they found her name in the system. Now every number we call, they say they don't show her name at all. Today someone told her that they toss the returns in the warehouse and get to it whenever. I rechecked her bank account and it showed that the money came out of her account is Belize City, Belize. This is ridiculous!
