Charged me $150 for a 10-day trial...before I had even gotten the product. Called customer service, received an RMA number, and returned the product unopened immediately. Saw that I had not been refunded after 2 weeks, so called again. Customer service said they had received my items and would need a week for the money to be refunded. It has now been over 2 weeks with no refund, and I cannot get through to customer service.
