We spoke to "Mark Millwood" supposed Customer Service Manager- useless scammer!
I had bought two bottles of the coffee bean for my husband. My husband insited I immediately return the unopened bottles for the refund - which I did.
"Mark Millwood" started giving us the runaround, as he did to you. he pointed out the refund policy link-( http://verifiedgreencoffee.com/refund-policy/). This page does not even exist!
WE'VE BEEN WAITING TWO AND A HALF MONTHS FOR OUR $100 REFUND AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. "Mark Millwood" IS NOT LONGER RESPONDING TO OUR EMAIL.
