Got a text replying to a craigslist ad i had posted looking for tickets to an upcoming football game. After the paypal payment i made was refunded because paypal puts a hold on funds for 21 days I trusted the individual and sent half of the money via a green dot card. the agreement was that he would send the tickets and then i would send the other half. his wife used a friends phone to talk to me vocally and she told me she needed the rest of the money because money was tight due to a grandson's suicide. yes she lied about a family members suicide. I never received tickets and green dot will do nothing to help me.
