Yahoo froze my email account saying it had been hacked and recommended I call this company to service my PC. They went through their services available and what was included for the price. I paid $439.95 for a 2 year PC service contract for 2 computers. They did their remote "fix," however I could not run video or print from that computer. When I got in touch with the company to perform more service on my PC, they informed me that they were not paid by their service company and that they would not honor the contract; however, the $439.95 payment was debited from my bank statement ... and now, no service contract! Total scam.
