Online company Repairs4 - I would advise you go no where near them!! Seriously I sent my daughters ipod touch to be repaired screen damaged. I waited 2 weeks and then started calling them asking where it was? I was told they were awaiting parts, So I said how long was that likely to take? I was told it could take up to 3 weeks more! So not happy with their service I requested that the device was sent back to me and that I would like a refund - They said that they would only refund the cost of the service and not postage.

I have received my ipod touch but am still waiting for a refund of £39.99 - I have made so many phone calls and am running out of options.

I think they try to keep hold of your money as long as possible - palming people off with "this takes 5-10 working days: all of the time for everything ... Apparently one of my refunds didn't clear? So they are trying again... we shall see what happens next? But its not looking promising :(
