I ordered the product on line for what was supposed to be a trial pack for $2.95 then I realized they we sending 4 bottles with it and they were going to charge me $157.00 so I emailed them and cancelled my order as I can buy the same product in Canada for less then half of what they wanted to charge.they responded right away saying sorry you arn't happy pls at least try the product,And sent it anyway...So when it came they wanted $20 for customs ,so instead of paying the $20 for something I didn't want I did a return to sender and sent it back immediately,I phonned the company to tell th I sent it back and I wanted the hold on my credit card released and my money back,seems fair right? No the company then told me I didn't sent it back correctly and would be charging me the full amount!! And they did I have been fighting with them for well over a month,still they will not return my money even though they have recieved there product back and I have nothing,Terrrible company, fraud theft terrible customers service..do not deal with this company!!!!
