I ordered what I thought was a cleanse to go with my garcinia cambodia I already had, as soon as I got the package I saw it was what I already had. I immediately called the company to return the product and cancel, I got a RMA# as well. Was put on a manager call back list since they are not "allowed" to transfer. The manager never called me back. I paid the return shipping to return the product and was charged the $148.95 even though I return the pkg without opening it. Now even though I returned the pkg at the beginning of the month, I have still not received my money back. Every time I call, I get the run around stating that the pkg has to be verified for the return before my money is reimbursed. They did offer to give me a refund of $75 without them verifying the package. How thoughful. I am beyond frustrated wiuth this
(Inappropriate Content Removed) company and do not see how they are allowed to operate like this. Something needs to be done to prevent others from falling for this scam!!!
