Bought products on a trial offer paid for them by my Debit Card did not require any more looked at my bank statement on the 21st October 2013 to find £188.00 had been deducted from my account. Found a London tel for Company spoke to a James Kent who told me that that there was a 14 day cancellation period and that as I hadn't cancelled they would continue to take £188.00 from my account every month i never saw a 14 day cancellation period I have tried to get full amount back but they are only offering £94.00 which is doubtfull whetherI will ge I have cancelled everthing with Bank so no more can be taken this Company is causing stress and misery to a lot of people
