Talked to a lady named wendy carter.told me I was approved for a 3000$ loan. But had to pay 3mths up front. To a Ryan Thomson in Toronto. Told I was getting the funds next day. Did not get funds. So I called over and over.Wendy then responded back and asked for 800$ for insurence. I said no im not. Then asked for refund back. But was told had to wait 30 days to send out cheque. But to no avail. Tryed to call again but the phone number dont exist anymore.im wondering if the police have been called in to investigate.
