I ordered a 'free' bottle of lift and glo. On reading t&c's realised I would have to pay a subscription each month. I phoned a week later to cancel, was persuaded to try the product and was given an extension till the 23rd to cancel. I phoned on the 23rd to cancel. Money was taken out of my bank on the 23rd. I have phoned them and they wont return the money saying I should have cancelled before the 23rd not on. I did try phoning on the 22nd but it was closed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused, she also told me she was going to hang up on me. She also interupted and spoke over me. They also charged me twice for postage and said it was because I never ticked the box not to receive quick postage!!
