On 7th October 2013 I made an online visa payment for 2 products: 'Lift & Glo Pro' and 'Lift Serum Pro' that this company advertised on a Facebook pop-up as being part of a 'free trial' and only the postage of £1.99 for each item would be required.

On 22nd October 2013 the company took a further £169.42 from my account without my permisson.

I have made my bank aware of this transaction and advised them that this is a scam. They are contacting visa directly in order to reclaim the £169.42.

I called the company's customer support team on 26th October and spoke to Kriss Johnson, the Floor Manager, who advised me that they were unable to help directly as they don't work for the company and I would have to send an email ([email protected]) regarding this matter.

I duly sent an email advising that I shall take legal action if the £169.42 is not reimbursed into my account with immediate effect.

I also forbid them from taking any further monies out of my account.
