Ripped off by Global Visas(also called as IXP visas). After filing the online eligibility form for Canada, I received a call from a advisor who offered me a help on overview of visa procedure for Canada by paying £500 deposit. Checking everything about the company on company website I agreed to pay deposit. After the free consultation when I asked for my refund then I was shocked to be told that it's not a refund anymore as you have now received service over the phone.when I argued that it supposed to be a free consultation then they agreed to refund me deposit,with NO intention to refund. Till date I am waiting for refund. I chased almost everyday but no response from case worker or team leader,

This is what happened to me - i paid £600 deposit, got the 'free consultation' and was then told the following day when I informed them I wouldn't be able to proceed due to an unforeseen family issue that I still had to pay the full amount. They took the rest of the money from my bank account without authorisation - £2,400 in total - and to this day I have never seen a penny back. I was heavily pregnant at the time and wasn't in any sort of position to take legal action against them.

They are huge scammers! They reply to all the complaints in one automated response! They don't care and they will never refund any money!!!! All we can do is make sure we put our stories out there and make sure they never get a cent from another innocent person again!!'n
