I also was duped by this company. I called what I thought was Yahoo for help because our email account had been hacked. I was then transferred to someone who was able to log on to my computer and resolve our issues. What I purchased was for two years of support. We again had computer issues this weekend and when I tried to call them yesterday, I also found that the 1-800-982-1360 was not working. I did some internet searching for them but had no luck. I called Yahoo again and was told that this was not a legitimate company and that I should dispute the charges with my credit card company. They told me that the charges were billed under the name of Sendh with a telephone number of 855-373-6327. I tried to call that number numerous times today without any luck at contacting anyone. I then contacted my charge card company and put in a dispute. There are so many scam companies out there that as a consumer you are at their mercy. I am also looking for another telephone number, other than the original one I called, with Yahoo to find out what's going on and am not having any luck with that one either.
