I had scheduled this company for pick up from LAX airport. They never showed up and when I called they said the van had broken down and they could not get me. I had paid in full prior. They instructed me to take a cab or other shuttle and they would reimburse me for the costs when I submit a receipt to them. I sent the receipt via email the next day and still no refund a month later. I have contacted them and they said check is in the mail, check still hadn't arrived 2 weeks later. I contacted them again and they stated they had wrong zip code and would resend check. Two weeks later, again no check in the mail. The ride home cost me 180.00 because I lived so far from airport. I am out that money because this company didn't honor their word.
