I was charged $7.95 on 9/24, $39.98 on 10/14 and again on 10/26. I am not sure how these charges were accrued onto my account. But it has made my account go negative. I am a single man living alone, I dont even have internet. Please resolve this issue. I need my funds back into my account as soon as possible. Thank you very much. I will be closing this account upon receiving my funds to eliminate further issues.
