I got an email from my Husband stating I should try the Dr. Oz Garcinia Cambogia - I should have known but I thought wow he researched something and sent it my way. I placed the order thinking I was spending $39.99 for the first bottle and after going through many screens I thought I should hold off but realized I pushed a button that caused the order to placed. I called the number immediately and spoke to Drake and he would not Cancel my order. He offered to give me discounts after discounts. I asked to speak to his supervisors and he said his supervisor would say the same thing. I need to return the bottles with the RA number on the outside of the package. He kept trying to get me to keep the product for 40% off the $148. I said I want to CANCEL the order as it has not been shipped. Finally I got an RA number. He told me I would need to pay for the restocking fee which was 5.95 and shipping - out $30+ dollars for not wanting the product.
I called back before shipping the product back to confirm the RA number and the PO box address. I shipped the items back on Sept. 14th using a mail service. I have called 3 times and have been told that that someone will call me back. No call back so I continue to call. I was transferred from Customer Service, Billing, and now a higher dept to check on my return. It's Oct. 30th and I have yet to see my return. I think it's strange to ship product back to a PO box. One other thing that was strange is the customer service number on the email confirmation is not in order. The number I have been able to talk to people is 866-434-6600. The ext for the higher department was not available ext 7003. Scam indeed. I hope that you are reading this BEFORE placing the order and this stops you from getting SCAMMED.
