I ordered a sample of their anti aging serum which i received paid post and packaging using my debit card of £4.99 they took this out of my account and have since been charging me every month from September £98.00 i have tried to stop this and am at the moment discussing with my bank how to prevent them from taking any more money out of my account i see this as fraudulent transactions i have had no luck in contacting them, i have not received any products from them other than the sample which had really bad effect on my skin causing it to burn so i wouldnt use the product even if i had received it i would like to know how you can help me
