I called the Curtis International and placed an order for a 'power source' for an RCA TV on Oct 23rd. On Oct 25th, my credit card was charged for it and subsequently received on Oct 30th. However I only received 1/2 of the power source.
The part that actually plugs into the wall was not in the package. As I ordered a power source it would make sense that it would need to plug into power to work.
When I called today (Oct 31st), I was told (by Brian) that it comes in two pieces, they failed to let me know at the time, and would not send me the part that would plug into the wall to give it power.
I called back and Paul hung up on me. So I called back again David told me that I would have to pay, yet again, another $15.00 and wait for it to arrive if I wanted the unit to work.
This is very poor customer service and I don't see why I should pay another $15.00 when I feel it was their error to begin with.
