I filled an online survey and ordered this free product only for USD2.97 (shipping and handling charge). I received fist bottle (Cleansing) in the mail but didn’t open because I don’t need it. A few days later another bottle came and I thought that they are promoting this product as free. Cut it short, they keep sending it and I neither opened it nor bothered, thinking it all free. My only but big mistake, that I didn’t check my credit card bill. Just noticed it yesterday in my credit card bill and then checked my last bill and oh my god!!! First thing in the morning I called the company (as some of you have asked, details are below) –

Phoenix, AZ 85046-0371 and a phone number 1-888-532-1211 and only one representative- Chloe, calling time Mon-Sat-between 12am-3pm, Sun- 12am-9am).
The reception lady didn’t want to hear that I never ordered this and kept repeating that you have agreed on terms and condition. I told her this is pure cheating. If you tell a thief that this is wrong, do you think he will return your valuables to you, same happened here. I told her about so many complaints and my formal complaint to the proper authorities, but she just ignored it. Luckily in the beginning I asked her name and reference number for the call.
The problem is where to file this complaint. I called the credit card company and explained everything. They transferred me to the dispute claim department and I asked for the stop payment and refund for the previous bill for this product. Thanks god, they hear me and asked me to draft a letter and sent to them by mail. They told me that I don’t need to worry and I don’t need to pay the current amount and will get back the previous billed amount as well.
Draft should state-
At no point any term or condition was made available and I signed up for a free gift from a survey. I am disputing this bill and want all my refunds back and no further payment to this merchant.
Also mention the name of the person, you talked at this company at 1-888-532-1211, reference number & date of the call, reference number & date of the call you made to the credit card company).
