As others I was applying for a free trial advertised on Mail.com and was surprised to be billed for a complete treatment. I tried to cancel as instructed on their website but was informed that they could not find my details. Have emailed twice to cancel by EMail and get a reply instructing me to phone. They do not answer. Have instructed my Bank to not pay further monies to these Scammers and have returned the unwanted Item for refund. My Bank will help with fraud action against them should my refund not materialise.
