I am ordering a camera online.
I have canceled my order, because their customer service was Very very BAD!
Either they don't have enough people working or they just doesn't care at all. I have called 5 times and was being on hold for 12 minutes in every called I made to (614)556-4559 Ext:7003. Never got a chance to talk to customer service person at all, except, he answered "hello, and let me put you on hold for a sec" that's all. I am frustrated!!
