I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS GONIG TO HELP GET A LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT BECAUSE I HAD A LOT OF FORECLOSURES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. SO MY VALUE DROPPED, AND I SAW THIS AD ON TV AND I TALKED TO THEM AND ASK COULD THEY HELP AND THEY YES. BUT IT WILL COST 3,195 FOR MY SIZE OF HOME. I WAS NEVER LATE ON ANY PAYMENT TO WELLS FARGO IN TEN YEARS, I'AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND WAS MAKING IT VERY WELL INTELL THIS. THEY WOULDN'T RETURN MY CALLS AFTER ABOUT 12 MONTHS NOW ITS BEEN TWO YEARS I TRYED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM THAIRS NO LISTING OF THEM AT ALL. SO NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS VERY SERIOUSE PROBLEM THAT CAUSE ME TO BE ON THE STREETS OR SOME THING. IF ANY ONE NO HOW TO SEW THEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE RESPOND, BY CALLING 678-977-1209 ASAP PLEASE. THANK YOU, FLOYD MITCHELL.
