To be fair I have ordered business cards from this business in the past and never had any problems. As a matter of fact I have received many compliments on the quality of the cards. On 10/1/2013 I placed an order for business cards for an employee to use at a trade show on 11/04/2013. Of course my credit card was immediately charged. Normally in the past I have always received my orders within 2 weeks. When I had not received my order by 10/16/2013 I checked their website and found that the order was still unshipped. I called and messaged businesscards.com but never got a response. I have called several times between 10/6/2013 and 11/4/2013 and always get the same message that "Ed" has stepped out of the office...Must have been a big step! The website still shows my order as unshipped and now I have lost a lot of time to trying to contact them as well as recreating my business cards and spending a substantial amount of money to have them printed in a rush by another company. There does not appear to be a way to cancel the order on their site and no one to contact to try to get a refund much less damages.
