Ordered a "free sample" for which I was only charged shipping. There was never any mention anywhere on the advertisement, web page or order that it would be an automatic recurring monthly charge of over $105. It was difficult to find the company information to call regarding a refund. I called a similar company who knew which company I was speaking of as they have had so many complaints directed to them by mistake. That company gave me the number and I called for a refund. I was offered two discounts to continue my orders, which I refused and then was told that they could let me keep the bottle they sent for 50% off since returning it would cost shipping both ways and a 35% restocking fee. Very unscrupulous business practices.
